1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
Items are returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The scarf is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and scent-free (no perfume or makeup stains).
All original packaging, including tags, gift boxes, and certificates of authenticity, must be included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Custom-made or personalized scarves.
Scarves that show signs of wear or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.
3. How to Start a Return
Contact Us: Email our support team at support@weccta.us with your order number and the reason for the return.

Shipping: Pack the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like a different color or pattern, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, contact us to see if a direct exchange is available for your order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize your replacement and cover all associated shipping costs.
