Shipping policy

At weccta, we take great care in ensuring your luxury scarves are delivered safely and promptly. Each piece is hand-inspected and wrapped with care to reach you in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic & International Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 8-18 business days.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Delivery typically takes 8-18 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Note: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Arrival Deadline & Guarantee
We want to ensure your package reaches you. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us at support@weccta.us.

We will open an investigation with the carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or a one-time free replacement.

4. Packaging for Protection
Because silk is a delicate fiber, our scarves are shipped in:

Acid-free tissue paper to prevent yellowing or moisture.

Water-resistant outer packaging to protect against weather during transit.

weccta for added structural protection.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
weccta is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

7. Damaged Items
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can file a claim and assist you with a replacement.
